This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for all courses and programs purchased directly through the tutions.vedantu.com website.

1. For the 5-Day Booster Course (and any purchase of ₹99 or less):

Due to the low cost, short-term, intensive nature of this program and the instant access provided to schedules and materials upon enrollment, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for the 5-Day Booster Course.

We encourage you to be certain of your decision to enroll before completing the payment.

2. For All Other Courses (Purchases of ₹100 or more):

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. For any course or program purchased on this website with a value of ₹100 or greater, the following policy applies:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a 100% full refund if you choose to cancel your enrollment at any time before the scheduled start date of the first class of your purchased program.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, you must send an email to our support team at [ Mohit.singhtanwar@vedantu.com ] with your order number and registered mobile number. The request must be received before the first class begins.
• No Refund After Course Start: Once the first class of your program has started, no refunds will be issued.

3. Processing:
Upon approval of your refund request, our support team will contact you via email to securely collect your UPI ID or Bank Account details (Account Number, Account Holder Name, and IFSC Code).

All approved refunds will be processed manually via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business days of receiving your payment details.
